Open the curtains where you live. Try to get outside and run an errand, go for a walk. The sun provides an excellent ßource of vitamin D. Plus, the sun's brightness has a way of uplifting one's moods.

I don't want to sound flippant or dismissive but you probably should see a Dr. About that soon. You still have a month before winter even starts. Some of the seasonal affective disorder lights might be a good thing for you
