1st winter storm warning in forever here.

been a few years now since our last winter storm warning
calling for 8-10 inches of snow
already accidents all over the county
coffee's on
fire going
Hub has cancelled all appointments
no school for Katie

I just went out to move the snowblower and was surprised to find 3" already !!

@Teslin cars are tucked in the garage the landscaper will be here to plow as soon as it stops

@saragoodtimes I'm going to watch it closely. But my plan is to go out between 1:00 & 2:00 to start clearing the driveway. Appointment at 5:00, so, worst-case scenario is I clear a wide enough path to thr road. About 75 yards !!

@Teslin it's a heavy wet snow, expecting the dish go out by mid morning

@saragoodtimes Good luck. I have the generator ready to go for the same reason.

@Teslin think they'd have thought of a way to keep snow from blocking it by now. we also have a generator for emergencies. doesn't get used often but a lifesaver when it does kick in
