Spring. It's a shame that only lasts 2 weeks.

@NerdyPotato What do you mean?
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva first it's cold and rainy, then 2 weeks of moderate temperatures and then onto scolding heat.
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato When was the last time heat told you off for being naughty? 馃
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva that never happened. 馃槄
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato Then why did you mention it?
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva I didn't. 馃し
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato You did, you said "first it's cold and rainy, then 2 weeks of moderate temperatures and then onto scolding heat".
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva I see nothing about being naughty in there... 馃
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva oh, I meant scalding heat. 馃檮
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato Oh, I see. Why didn't you put that in the first place? 馃
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva English isn't my first language.
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato What is your first language?
NerdyPotatoM
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato I'm not familiar with the Dutch language, so I'm going to check a couple of things on the Google translator. If it is not right, feel free to correct it.

"Verbranden" - scald
"Uitschelden" - scold

Are those both correct?
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva yes, that's right.
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato Thank you. So when you answer questions, try answering them in your head in Dutch and then translating them into English before posting them. That way you should get it right first time.
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva that doesn't help when you have the wrong understanding of the English word and just takes more work, but thanks for your attempt to help I guess. Usually it's not an issue to begin with though.
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato I wouldn't have thought you'd have the wrong understanding of the English word after translating it from Dutch, because the Dutch words are different.
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva yep, but I don't use a dictionary for every word I write.
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato Do you need one?
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva nah, if I have no idea whatsoever, there are dictionaries available online for free.
HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato How many words do you need to look up because you have no idea whatsoever?
NerdyPotatoM
@HairbrushDiva not many. If I do, it's usually just because my mind blanks out, but I actually do know the word. I'm kinda bye-lingual.

HairbrushDiva31-35, F
@NerdyPotato Lol :)
