I'm lucky to have water radiators... they just radiate warm heat, and I can also set a damp towel, better with some essential oils, over them, and voila, even more warmth. No frosty cat.

@SW-User I've heard Korea uses water radiators and that they're extremely effective... actually they have pipes in the walls running throughout the house and in the floors radiating heat!!
