I Love Winter

The temperature is -2C outside, but feels like -10-15C in the wind. There has not been a cloud in the sky for the past two days. After lunch today, we took the younger girls in my house out for a walk in the woods. The sunshine put everyone in a good mood and I am actually quite pink from the UV 馃 When we got back, we put on the kettle and had hot chocolate and crumpets in our rooms 馃檪

It has been a long, hard winter, but I love days like these 馃槉

I'm pretty certain that hot chocolate was invented by Scandinavian elves for just this purpose! :-)

I'm pretty certain, as well, that there are small Scandinavian elves. They're the ones who had the idea for hot chocolate!
