Would you say this tree is more than a thousand years Old ? or older ?

@Albatross Yes I know. I live in the country, surrounded by trees. As I walk the dogs I often wonder all that has happened around them in their long life and that's only going back a 100 or so years.

9,000 years is the end of the last ice age..

@Albatross Yeah, sorry I wasn't referring to the tree in your post. By the way it's pretty magnificent! I was looking at some of the oldest trees alive today.. There's a tree in Sweden called Old Tjikko it's 9,500 years old.
