Happy Lammas 🍞
I am only burning small fires and I don't really eat bread but I'm thankful early autumn has begun. I love the heat but I simply wish for time to pass so I can make changes. I am desperate for the slowing down.
My elders' celebration of life is tomorrow. Her birthday would have been the 3rd, she was so close to 100. I'll go make an appearance.
I am trying to find things to be grateful for and there is a lot, but nothing that replaces what I really seek.
I'll thank the fox tonight though. For finding a way through without ever blending in.
