I had a good visit with my therapist today. I treated myself to lunch at a nice outside cafe. I'm home now but it's just so pretty so I'm sitting outside listening to all nature has to offer. My neighbors will start trickling in soon but now everything's so peaceful and quiet. There's nothing as healing as a beautiful sun shiny day. 🌞 It's the little moments like this that makes me so grateful for everything that I have.
True joy and happiness is the one that is shared. You are such a lovely soul. When you're happy you always make it a point to spread it and share it. Love that about you.
