When will it be warm enough? [I Love Summer Dresses]

Summer where are you? I recently found two cute dresses that I can’t wait to wear - it’s too chilly still though - even in late afternoon.

It's hot as hell here in South Africa during the day now in the summer. I mostly wear short summer dresses whenever I can.
