They may have to let you go home if the temperature becomes unbearable. Whilst there is no specific maximum temperature limit, employers may have to carry out a risk assessment regarding temperatures that pose a risk to their employees and if there is indeed a risk to health then they have to act. They can't just let people be passing out or dying!
