Finally, daylight saving time

F*ck that sh*tty thing that is winter time and whatever is the reason why we haven't abolished it already

Love daylight savings time. Come june and july, it'll be after 10pm before dark.

My preference would be for real time to go away and DST become a permanent fixture.

@Gangstress I've resolved that issue by buying a bright ass headlight that dwarfs even the sun lol

(And it's at 2/3 of its illumination power here)

What you call "winter time" is the actual real time. Daylight savings time is aam made lie. I really wish we would get away from it. It's not how are biological clocks are tuned.

@MethDozer I know and it sucks a$$, I don't care what'll be the convention - either call it permanent DST or abolish it and shift the timezones +1.00.

Turning the clock back/forward twice a year is dumb as hell, and sacrificing an hour of light in the afternoon (potentially after most people have finished working) just to have an extra hour of light in the morning (when people are at work, or going at work, or sleeping) is a complete waste (of time, natural light and money). It made sense 100 years ago when people woke up at dawn to go work in factories, it's totally useless in 2023 when the great majority of people don't give a f*ck about having light at 7am.
