Half foot of fresh powdery snow fell overnight

@ninalanyon we're having temps below normal here. Very cold December so far.

@robingoodfellow It's the opposite with us, we used to get snow before the beginning of November but winter has been arriving later and later every year for at least twenty years now.

@ScreamingFox it's so quiet out there. The kind of quiet I can reach back on and think of when the noisy work week starts.
