We have steady snow outside, the city is getting a frosting

They say it needs to be just above freezing for it to snow, and we have had a period of persistent cold. 🥶 We are said to have snow into the weekend and then it might feel a little warmer briefly before winter really takes grip.

I am never bothered by it snowing, we have a good city department for gritting against dangerous ice affecting roads, so I shall not go into a melancholy of worrying about the dynamics of life in these colder months.
