I know. I have been vegan for 17 years. People ask what i eat. i tell them mostly the same as you but without animal products. All health experts agree fruit and vegetables are good for you!

@Docdon23 that’s true! I never had a doctor tell me not to eat fruit and veggies. But when I ate meat, I had doctors say to limit red meat and process meat like hot dogs and burgers 🤷‍♀️

I've always found that really strange, also. It's understandable that the powerful meat and dairy industries are dead set against them, of course, if you're referring to plant-based meat and dairy alternatives. The mocking and contempt others seem to delight in though, not so much.
