It was an amazing day for a hike, perfect weather, cool breeze, warm sun filtered through the leaves overhead. We saw some wildflowers, unknown scurrying critters under the brush, and the best part was the tadpole/frog pond. There must have been thousands of tadpoles, big fellas. Here is one the bigger frogs we found. I could spend all day watching the wildlife in the pond, it's like my own concerns don't matter any more and all my stresses melt away as you listen to the birds and search for hidden critters.
