I Love Nature

I was thinking today about how insignificant my local park was to me when I was in my early teens or also during childhood. That it was bare, and attention was turned to the big colourful animals!..Go to the zoo!..Zebra's and Lions and elephants etc!!!. Or just be among them, but not quite picking up their behaviour, or purpose ( by that I mean how each animal will sustain eachother in the longrun, be it predator or prey, or acquaintances....just that they look extraordinary and are cool to be around...But for a good while I've been taking photographs of wildlife in my local park and getting close to nature. At first I tried just using creativity and imagery to produce a photo of a location for example?..But, I don't say this like nature wasn't my interest before?...I just feel I have a deeper connection and understanding of it...I was up at 3am getting ready for dawn. Out to catch a glimpse of some "crepuscular wildlife" (wildlife active in twilight zones, dawn and dusk)..And with the sun coming up ever so slowly, I saw deer out, fox cubs crossing paths,..and I did try staying low, until the vixen started barking. But in my time of even just enjoying life around me, I've witnessed otters foraging in their groups, fox cubs leaving their den, roe deer stags barking at me to warn others of my whereabouts and badgers just outside their sett at dusk...Thing is, even when I look at something small like mosquito larvae or algae building up in pond..its like the early phases and building blocks of a foodweb..which with a little research can provide the type of ecosystem likely to evolve. But even now looking at very simple examples of wildlife, I was watching magpies, two adult and one juvenile..but how they are descendants of dinosaurs, well? birds in general?, The magpies (for their small size and capacity that is 馃ぃ) interact in such a way similar to velociraptors as I watched them calling and defending their young from nearby and I could sit watching this and thinking about the evolutionary time scale. But the way they were interacting fascinted me and communicating with nearby nests, raptor like, small dinosaurs, for their size they can be quite vicious 馃ぃ.....I stand in my park around from my house thinking, that this biome or habitat sustains life in its own way, and there's a lot more to see than I first thought?...life has evolved and adapted here in its own way. Of course I would wonder, if it is just here, what does amazonia hold?, the Pacific Ocean?, the Congo or the Polar Regions...And by having such deep interest I don't stumble upon nature as I sit there always wondering, nature stumbles upon me...and I find it amazing!

The countries where I can live a green life near nature and with the other animals are closed to people.
