I Love Nature

View of my pond this evening with a storm rolling in.

Faith and fear both require believing in something unseen. As I watched this scene unfold in my backyard, it reminded me that I wasn’t seeing the storm clouds. I was seeing calm, clear water. The roiling clouds were simply a reflection.

Faith doesn’t ignore the reality of the storm, but it accepts the reality of hope, victory over the storm and a loving creator who has a plan.

If I understood the plan, I wouldn’t need faith. If others disagree with my belief or even belittle it, it’s okay. You see, both faith and fear will always be a choice. My choice is faith.

..all I need to get through any storm. Every storm also replenishes us with something great no matter the devastation ❤️
