@sensualbeauty1 Thank you, it does get to me from time to time. I'm a former beach bum. :) Use to the sun and sand, waves, sunsets and bonfires. So yes, I miss it, but just have to say it is what it is and try not to let it get to me. Not always able, but I try. But, I still get to see it here. 🤗

@MrPerditus1 Well I promise to share as much as I can on here to at least allow you to view it vicariously.

It's something I have gotten use to. It's been almost 30 yrs since the injury, so plenty of time to acclimate, to some degree. Still, I do get to enjoy the night skies while everyone else sleeps. :D

@MrPerditus1 How very sad, and once again I'm so sorry. You have a very positive attitude though and that definitely helps you to deal with life's tragedies and mishaps.

@MrPerditus1 I used to look after this wonderful man who was a WW2 WWII veteran. He had that kind of attitude and always said "what must be endeavoured shall be endured." One must almost try to make the most out of their circumstances in life good or bad. Thanks so much, I'll definitely do my best. 💋🤗

@sensualbeauty1 Disabled Army vet here, non combat, but still. Though to be honest, the attitude and humor aren't always available, I do try.

I've had to adapt, learned who real friends were and so much more, painful things but things that were for the best. But I do thank you once again for all you've shared. 🤗 💋

@MrPerditus1 It's all about attitude and perseverance. I know how incredibly difficult life can be at times. Losing a part of yourself or becoming disabled and atrophied is a horrendous thing after being able bodied. As long as you know who your true friends are to help see you through the pain and remain your friend for the remainder of your days on this earth is one of the greatest gifts one can have.
