We hiked for three hours, we went straight up the mountain. Me taking pictures of … whatever I fancied. From fungus to teaberries...
We found a mountain spring, and let the dogs enjoyed the cool water.
With all the leaves off the trees, we could see for miles, mountain range after mountain range.
By the time we got home, I was feeling wonderful! Mother Nature has healing powers... don't ya know!! *smile*
@sspec Between the weather, lack of sleep, and getting back into interacting with others on social sites ... forgot how wild it can be AND... missing my son... I have been on edge and teed-off with the world in general...lol... oh lordy! I am much better. Climber is doing wonderfully!

@Lilnonames I love all waterways, big and small but just to visit. My heart has always belonged in the woods. *smile* We do have a large all season creek that runs through the property.
