I just came back for a second look. They are all wonderful but I think the second picture is amazing. So much going on in that stump. I love getting as close to the ground as I can to take shots of things we are not aware of unless we make it a point to get down close and few people do that anymore

@Fernie I've been posting a lot of pictures too lately. ☺️ I posted a link to my tomatoes on one of your posts some days ago...your tomatoes inspired me, haha!😄🍅🍅🍅

@Fernie Awe that makes me smile. Some see a stump. I see a a whole little ecosystem of wonder.

@SW-User Exactly! One day we might look up at the sky to see a giant head looking down at us...snapping photos
Fernie · F
@Peaches I must go search for your tomatoes

@Fernie I've often said what if our entire universe was in a glass jar in a closet of an alien child's room that got a science grade of a C-🤔

@SW-User yep...we could be on a ball of dust under a bed. It's interesting to think about infinity
SW-User
@Fernie Speaking of infinity, Here's a thought. Tonight go outside look up at the sky and pick out a dark area that has no stars and then hold out your thumb at arm's length. In that dark region of space there are approximately 175,000 galaxies. Each one of those galaxies has 500 billion stars or more. It is absolutely mind-numbing to think about how many rocky planets there are that holds life. Chances are that one of those rocky planets there is another Fernie out there thinking the exact same thing☺️

@SW-User and still there are people who think we are the only ones🤪
SW-User
@Fernie Yep. Bless their hearts.
