@Newandimproved I could say only in Canada but we're on the same parallels with Siberia and some of the US. LOL

@sensualbeauty1 used to live in Illinois where the school buses came through before the snow plows - so they wouldn't get stuck :)
@Newandimproved So you know about the cold Winters we have then. I've heard of that before with the school buses beating the plows. It's happened here as well.. 😆
