I Find Job Hunting Mentally Exhausting

I hate job hunting. I have to help my sister find a one though. She's having problems with it (most do, I think). She just graduated high school in June and never had a job before, so she doesn't know how to go about it. I hope she finds something soon because she needs something to do. She's starting to lay around all day and I get worried she's sinking back into a funk.
