And I would add old-fashioned Phlox鈥hey were the best scented phlox. I remember walking down pathways or sidewalks in front of houses and smelling their beautiful scent. They do have a problem sometimes with mildew. The newer varieties are bred to resist mildew but don鈥檛 seem to have a scent.
