How often should you water sunflowers? 🌻

The bottom leaves have gone droopy and I'm not sure if I'm watering them too much or too little 😫
Do you have any experience with this issue with either sunflowers or other plants?

I have noticed that with mine as well. I think they lose their bottom leaves as they grow taller. I water mine a little every day. But they are in a drying area as well. So it kind of depends on the soil conditions and how much moister it is retaining.
