Found this fishing rig [I Fishing]

Because of circumstances, a few years back, I bought the house that I grew up in. While going through some of the stuff that was left there, I came across this old zebco 101 rod and reel combo. It was most definitely made in the very early 80s. The only reason that I can think for it to be there is my dad buying it to take either my brother or myself fishing when we were wee little kids. With a little bit of cleaning and a ton of oil.....it's back to working just like new now.

Pardon the mess on thw couch. That's the dog's couch.

Great find I got two old Ryobis that i figured were mid 80's but mid 70's took them into bass pro to be rebuilt they offered a nice amount for them. I still have them though

@MarineBob also turned up a bunch of 90s quantum bass rigs......that all work great....I'm just not that good at using them.

We have a lazy boy just for the dog in the porch of our cottage. Nobody is allowed on that chair after all, she was born and raised there....she literally owns the camp...lol
