I'm so excited to put the phone away and embrace a pine scented foresty surrounding

Very over due for a little immersion in nature. But I am nervous taking my little one. I'm afraid he'll get too cold at night, it'll rain and our stuff will get all wet, something will go wrong preventing me from cooking his foods. Just dreading all of that so yeah. It's like I know it's gonna happen, somethings going to be fucky. And I'm going to complain, and demand to swap the tent for a hotel, knowing me. Waste money. Argument ensues. I need to be a more positive and fun person for real. 🙄

If everything goes perfectly in the woods I think it's a crappy time. You need a challenge or 2 along the way or else why are you drinking around the fire

@Justafantasy there's one way to look at it lol
@Notsimilarreally had a GF a long time ago ask to describe a perfect day, hers was water skiing on a glass calm lake with the sunrise, having a grand old time camping in a nice trailer with lots of friends and family, good food...etc etc.

Mine was going 4x4ing getting stuck a couple times, probably dropping a mediocre at best lunch in a puddle and eating it anyways, someone breaking something on "the last run". In a very awkward spot, getting back to camp way to late and enjoying the company and day's stories

@Justafantasy compatible though

Dropping a sandwich in a puddle and eating it is where you make the majority of the population scratch their heads I'm sure 😄
