I blame US politics in general and the sheeple who think Capitalism is a political ideology rather than an economic system

@TrashCat You hit the nail on the head of the American problem. An economic system that worked fine in the vacuum of the classroom has been hijacked by those with money and it was all downhill from there. They created fear of the enemy, whether it was the Japanese, then the communists, then the government itself, corrupting all before it and more recently lying about so much that the people believe no one about anything. No now one believes anyone and that cant be undone. Mission accomplished. And capitalism is now a political movement for the few...While the rest follow carrying a bible, a gun or a credit card they will never pay off.😷
