I've walked to the bottom of it twice years ago. A group of us went the first time and we stayed in a campground in tents. Roughing it. I'd rather glamp it. 😄

I have roughed it, lived outdoors, and glamped but not at the big ditch and never in a cabin tent before. Best of luck.

Let's get you a Teddy Roosevelt 12-man round tent with complete iron pots, pans and hangers set-up.
After that high leather boots, and jodpurs if you're going all the way. Dang, the life of an expedition......I'm envious.

You better be careful. I watched a video of a young man who camped down next to the river on a sandbar. He was met by a rattlesnake next to the trail as he was going down the canyon. And wearing sandals.
