Northern camping

The mosquitoes are literally as thick as I’ve ever seen them this summer up here. But, the woods are lush and green. At least we have a tarp to keep the rain off while we enjoy supper and drinks at the fire. And I’ve added a bonus wild rose picture, too.

Happy camping!

Very nice! Over here in Maine, I used to lead a canoe trip down the Seboeis River, and the goal was to always hit it before the black flies arrived. We mostly succeeded and those river trips in a canoe were magic. How sad more people are stuck in cities and "clubbin'" for their entertainment.
I'll take this every time brother.
