A sunny day today, but you can detect the feel of Autumn in the air.

I’m in the office right now but only for a little while longer, and I will be meeting with friends for lunch. Hopefully Edoardo will be back later, he has been away on business in Napoli. His family has large concerns there.

This afternoon I will be riding. It’s an extra hour or two, I am looking at the local competition or gymkhana (is that how it is spelled?) this Autumn and I am increasing my showjumping experience to be a better horsewoman. Chiara will join me on Saturday for our regular training sessions at the stables (where I keep our horses 🐎). My ambition is to learn dressage skills (I watched it on TV 📺 before and it was amazing).

This evening, if Edoardo is home (he was a little vague about his fixtures) we might have a good family meal together, and try something exotic.
