I don't know about the rest of the country yet in Victoria in Autumn if the weather permits , then there is a small window when a drunk person

could get confused as to what season it is... Autumn can sometimes feel like Spring just before the weather changes and the cold really sets in permanently!
EDIT: and even if the weather doesn't permit (warmth) then as long as the sun is visible, there something about the sun angle aswell...
