My usual.
Visit an apple orchard (many near my house)
I live in the country but drive to other little towns and enjoy the colours
I like to go to this German town and get some German food (Octoberfest)
Go for a long bike ride on a country trail.
Cook more homey food.
Make apple pie
Make pumpkin cookies
Go to a pumpkin farm and get some pumpkins
Sit out in my backyard and read and drink apple cider or dark beer and have a warm blanket
