Safe to say I'll be doing a bit of canning this fall 😁. I started all of these from seeds in March. Out of 31, 26 made it to outside, and 21 of those were selected to be put in my garden. This is also only about a 5th of the onions I have planted and growing well, also from seed.
Very nice. I grew up in Appalachia. Canning produce was a family affair during harvest. Then after all that was done and the hay was in the barn came hog killing time. which was on a cold day not long after the first frost.
