If you fry sliced tomatoes, then add the scrambled egg mixture, it is very tasty with cheese too.

Ive had fresh slices of tomatoes on turkey egg chess but neve tried frying them

@pdockal my granny always did scrambled egg with fried toms and i find it plain now without them. Some put things like sliced ham, onions or mushrooms too.
