I think it will and for good reasons.

I have a hard time believing most farming will survive at this point

@pripyatamusementpark I think we need more local farms and backyard greenhouses, especially on acreages with well-water and not chlorinated water to irrigate the plants.
@cherokeepatti I completely agree with you on that ...I just don't know how realistic that will be
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@pripyatamusementpark it may get more realistic the more we have foods stored in holding facilities being contaminated with bacteria bad enough to send people to the hospital or kill them. A lot of fresh produce seems to be getting recalled the past few years.
@cherokeepatti you're not wrong

@pripyatamusementpark look at the backyard chicken thing happening due to the price of eggs. Not for everybody but it sure helps out especially if someone has an acreage and can raise a 100 hens for eggs. That can feed quite few families eggs. Gotta know what you are doing though.
@cherokeepatti I have always wanted to do that ...just need to get my hubs on board

@pripyatamusementpark I had some chickens when I was younger, had to learn a few things on caring for them. There are natural things you can do to help with their health for example.
