Ok, here's how it works: "They," tell us that these "foreign" ticks are killing cows "instantly," then they tell us there aren't enough cows left to provide meat for the public, then "they" tell us that "their" only solution is to put "lab-grown meat" on the shelves, and they turn out to be heroes.
