Everyday, it's a routine

Rarely, I don't have time.

Never. We have a huge space where they can run.

I woke up @ 4:30 a. m., did a bit of exercise then went out to walk my dog @ 5 a. m., around the neighborhood for 30 minutes.

I walked my 2-year-old for the first time today. 🥹😆

He saw a white cat went through the bushes and thought it was his brother cat. He tried to follow the cat but I reprimanded him.

@vetguy1991 We really have to move around if we want a healthy body.
I can't walk fast but it's good for my knee.
