Neil is truly a UNIT.
He filled our newsfeeds for ages. And pops back up now and then depending upon the season.
He has also (second hand), been featured in a few insurance ads since😏
And juz sos peeples know....we, as a community, basically leave him alone unless he really gets in ur face.
We can't post on media if we come across him, - in order to avoid traffic congestion and/or crowding his overly social attitude.
