@Boeing Yup, three times but once I was in some other part and just visited the town for one evening. This was in 2008. I love the Old Town with the castle and battlements. It's a magical place. Or used to be...I don't know, last time I visited in 2016.
@CrazyMusicLover I mean it's not that long ago! Yes it is a magical place...though can get very crowded at times..in the winter it's best for me, weather is still good, landscapes, and there are enough people around without this craziness of the summer crowds
@Boeing Taking a bus from a town in the evening was brutal already then. 🙈 I can't imagine it now when there are supposedly even more tourists everywhere.
I heard that the grass is green and the flowers are in bloom. I've only been there at the end of August when almost everything is parched and brown. But that was the charm of it.
@CrazyMusicLover yes right...that dried golden bushes and wheat fields have its own charm... the winter, well you saw the video from yesterday with the storm by the sea...a lot more gray! But also, today a sunny day so again, a different landscape!
