I made the mistake of thinking, just because it's Vegas and going to be a high of 110°F, I don't want to wear my Adidas. I just brought, my flip-flops. After about 3 hours I was in rough shape already. By that evening, I couldn't walk without wincing in pain. After dinner I tapped out for the rest of the night.
The next night, we were heading to Fremont Street and no way I was going to miss that. After breakfast that morning, me and the now ex-wife went to the nearest Shoe Palace to T.I.
Got a cheap pair of Pumas. Much better!! Lesson learned. I'll never do that again.

@ScreamingFox no just sore from the constant walking the strip. Then you try to adjust your feet to have your weight in a different placement. Then it's all over. But no, it wasn't the actual heat. If they were slips, it wouldn't have been a problem. Flip flops be like that.
