Driving along the Clearwater

@katydidnt you're braver than me. There are a lot of narrow stretches on that hwy with no place for a bike to go if both lanes are occupied

@cheyster Maybe my Easterner’s mind has misremembered. I’m thinking of the section of U.S. 12 that runs along the Clearwater descending Lolo Pass from Montana, after US-12 parts with the Lochsa. Were your photos taken anywhere along that big stretch? I don’t remember worrying about safety all the way to Lewiston.

@katydidnt these are along hwy 12 maybe 15 miles west of Lewiston

I've been up and down the lochsa many many times

@cheyster Coasting for 65 miles down Lolo Pass was my favorite part of the whole ride.
