I would love to spend a week in a forest about every 3 months just to recharge.

@cherokeepatti It feels soooo good. It distracts me from the every day blah blah blah & helps me focus on the good things, no matter how small 💖

@Tumbleweed They say there is something about the energy and air in forests that is healing. When I was stressed out from having cancer I would watched videos of forests, camping in forests and cabins and it was very calming. When I had a nine-hour surgery in October and woke up from it I asked the anesthesiologist if I had talked about anything. He said that I was talking about Sequoia forest and telling them all about it. I told him that was my happy place is probably why. I imagine I am in a forest when I get my blood pressure checked to help it be a lower reading.

@cherokeepatti That's beautiful!! I also very much enjoy the BBC Planet Earth series. Those are extremely relaxing. I'm not sure who the narrator is but between the scenes as well as his voice, it's just wonderful.

@Tumbleweed I saw a video last week and it had music in the background, which I generally don’t like in some of these videos and showed so many beautiful places around the world. It went on for about 2 hours. I think if all I did in an entire lifetime was travel that I wouldn’t have time to see all the beautiful natural scenery in the world.
