@Degbeme They look like they're supposed to be there. Were they just regular people wanting to get rid of that tree?

@Ynotisay The tree was deliberately planted hundreds of years ago. But no-one knows why it was cut down like this.

@SW-User Ah. Thanks. I just looked in to it. I guess those guys on site were there after the fact. I read that it was valued at like $750K. So I have to assume money wasn't the reason or else they would have been prepared to move it out. So they just wanted to destroy? Can't wrap my head around that.
