Have you ever sat in a forest and just switched off all technology?

Yes in the forest or on the beach ( here beaches are not overcrowded usually, rocky coast of Maine.) I only have a dumb phone anyway, an old flip phone that I leave at home or turn off most of the time. It’s fantastic actually listening to nature.
