I haven’t ever done a really long hike on the beach so I packed a bunch of snacks and had my sister drop me off at the park. I gotta say this is up there with one of my favorite hikes of all time. It started out on a rocky beach which caused me to hop around the rocks and dodge the waves for two hours which was awesome! I had lunch there and continued to the easier stuff which was another two hours on the sand. It didn’t feel like I was gone for very long but when I looked at my watch at the end I had done over 7 miles on the shoreline.
