The sounds of nature have intensified

Hearing a pack of coyotes do roll call is both awe inspiring and scary as shit if I were to imagine being lost in the woods without a place to take refuge.

Now that the campground has emptied as everyone returned home to prepare to work tomorrow there is more of a sense of being alone.
