Sunset over Kapiti Island

@1sakuradoll08 Swimming out to Kapiti Island would be very dangerous due to powerful crosscurrents around the island. However The beaches on the land side are very popular, and from Paekakariki in the south through Raumati, Paraparaumu, and Waikanae through to Pekapeka are thronged with swimmers and beachgoers at this time of the year.
