The Mississippi River in Almonte, the covered bridge in Pakenham, beautiful Catholic Church built in the 1800s and a few pics of the run at Appleton.

It's from the Spring run off and now they're concerned about flooding in the low lying areas. Really hope that doesn't happen it's been a rough year with the Derocho storm last Spring and the ice storm recently.

@sensualbeauty1 I hope there isn't any flooding there.....you captured some great shots.....I love the church too.....the architecture is amazing....

@Indy74 Thank you, yes l couldn't believe how beautiful it is. The statue of the Virgin and wee babe up in the alcove, are a pure work of art.
I'm hoping there's no major flooding and parents tell their children to stay clear of that fast running water.
