Before Doctors become Doctors, they are sworn to the hippocratic oath,
And Abort by definition means terminate, cease to exists, so remind me what is unconstitutional about making abortion constitutionally illegal, please.

There is no provision for it in the constitution, so its a state's rights issue by law. The Roe V Wade was bad law that was finally corrected. Abortions are still legal in many states, but the government is no longer involved
