Warm, Sunny, Windy Lunch Break

I just ate lunch outside on a restsurant patio. It is sunny, in the upper 70's, and windy.

Now I am sitting nearby on a bench near a pond with a fountain in the middle. In the distance I can hear children playing outside a daycare center. Sounds like they are having so much fun!

This place is normally crawling with geese. Their droppings and feathers are all over, and the grass is cropped short. But there are none now. Maybe the kids scared them, or maybe they are in the shade.

I was curious recently about Canada geese and learned they are also native to Britain , flying all the way over there. But they also were introduced.

@GLITTER (or maybe @Gangstress?) recently shared a photo on here of a small herd of Canada geese.

When these geese leave the pond and stand in the sun for a while, do they become Canada Dry geese?

I could use some ginger ale. I love the Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Lemonade. So refreshing!

I bought a lemonade bottle before leaving my office today (I went to the office for a Windows update). I put it on my car while I was putting my bag in the back seat. I forgot the bottle and drove off with it on the roof of my car.

I did not realize it until I was on the road. It must have fallen off in the garage. I did hear a strange noise but was not sure at the time what it was.

I just stopped for a large strawberry Frosty. So cool and sweet. I am still thirsty, I thing I will sneak some soda into my empty Frosty cup.
